Hi,
My wife and I have both our family trees within the Rootsmagic program starting with ourselves and branching out through grandparents etc.
What I would like to know is:-
Is there a way of printing out a list of Ancestors with just one particular surname? For example, if my name was Bloggs, how could I print out a list of the male direct line ancestors with the Bloggs name and their dependents?
I look forward to receiving anyone's kind assistance.

Create a new database for Bloggs.
Drag your earliest Blogg ancestor and all his descendants to this new database.
Do a report of your ancestors from there.

Or, there is the relationship chart.
Reports > Charts > Relationship Chart.
Select the earliest Blogg, go to the reports > Charts > Relatioship chart, select yourself as the second person and Create. You may want to adjust a few options.
Drag your earliest Blogg ancestor and all his descendants to this new database.
Do a report of your ancestors from there.
