I use 2 Palm genealogy programs.
Gedwise imports a more complete database, notes, sources, repositories, user defined facts, etc. You can export a memo for an individual to Memo Pad and add notes on research there.
It can be found at:

The other one I use is My Roots. I use it to enter research as it can export a gedcom to be imported into RM. However, it doesn't import user defined facts or repositories. The new version does allow sources and citations now.

Both programs are well worth checking them out.
GedStar is another Palm program, but I haven't checked it out in a long time.
