Figured the drag drop out. The issue looks like it was resolved using this technique. I will test around in the new DB and see how things look.

If the Database Tools do not resolve it then do a drag n drop of the entire database into a new blank one.

Hi, yes..ran the tools. Did close and reopen RM...will try the pc reboot and see what happens.
Have you run File>Database Tools top to bottom after restarting both your computer and RM?

My database has about 15 persons showing as
[Unknown] [Unknown]
for first and last names.
Unable to delete.
Ideas?
RM version 7.5.7.0
