Hi, yesterday I paid on line for an upgrade from Roots M. 3 to R. M 4.
I chose to download this. I received verifaction of my Order No. by email
but there is no way to download it without going through the rigmarole of buying
it again. The only link on the Receipt takes me to Roots Magic home. Anyone
struck this before? If so, how do I download the upgrade?
