Laura, that's exactly what I want to do! How do I do that??

So is there really no way to choose to export a single person along with a specified number of generations of their ancestry or a single person along with all of their decendency?  Almost every other program I've looked at has a way to easily break apart the tree for publication.  RM makes me either go in and manually select ALL of a person's ancestors/decendents or go in and manually assign them ALL to a group in order to export them all together?  Is that right??  7 versions and an easier way to do this hasn't been implemented?  Please, someone tell me I'm missing something.

Honestly, the most attractive family group sheets that I've seen are produced by familysearch.  They use bold lines and bold font very well so you can easily discern the most important information at a glance.  The spacing and sizing is what they really shine at.  All the labels and cells and information is divided and spaced well so that nothing feels too crowded.  They are attractive and easy to read.

I do like the color options that RM offers and I wouldn't hate if FamilySearch incorporated some subtle shading into their FGS's to make them even easier to read and to divide up the space a little bit more, but for now they are still the most aesthetically pleasing to the eye of all the programs I've looked at so that's what I would suggest to RM as a starting point.
