Renee,

I had to reply and thank you for reminding me of the "People" list - this is just what I wanted and needed - I have been using the tabs and ignoring the side name list :)

Thanks - I have already customized that but I forget about it being there - I use the Name index sidebar at the left - I guess I need to get with the program and us the "People" tab.

I just played with that tab a bit and I think it will answer my problems, but still adding the Reference Number to the Option tab in the name index sidebar is still a good idea me thinks :)

I agree but the check mark is for the FACT and does not indicate if there are media attached to the Sources/Citations for the fact - that was what I was referring to -

I prefer to attach the media to the citation and not the fact for the most part
