It has been 24 hours since I received email confirmation of my upgrade to version 3; but no registration key. I sent off a message asking about this last night, but no reply.
Short of phoning them during working hours, are there any other options?
Am I the only one who thinks that registration keys ought to be sent when the order is acknowledged?
