Yes, RootsMagic 4 will import your older RootsMagic database directly.
If you do not move the media or photos, even the media/photo links should work.
Just Install it, you can leave RootsMagic 2 as it is, there will be no conflict.
When the Welcome screen shows up, click on IMPORT, The default will be RootsMagic (version 1-3), you can either tell it where your database is or let it search for it, choose one and then choose a place to keep it, File Location.
You can create or create a new folder to store your RM4 database.
Once you get it imported and everything, you should go to the Tools Menu, Program Options and setup your Files folders so you can keep them organized.
