RMNOCASE Collation

What collation is implemented by RMNOCASE? How does it differ from the ordinary SQLite NOCASE? Do the two differ for ASCII strings?

I was busy snooping through the database last night and wondered the same thing.

I did find one important use for RMNOCASE, it seems to keep you from altering any table that uses it with an utility other than RM.
