I have received a compacted GedCom file with a .ged.sitx extension. From what I can see, this was zipped with a Smith Micro software program. Anyone out there that can unzip this and zip it with a Windows zip program so I can open it?

These are free download expanders from Smith Micro. Ignore the ads and upsells. They will not compress in that format, etc.
