I wish for a way to include monospaced fonts in notes. For example, this would be useful for census transcriptions.

You can almost accomplish this by inserting HTML TT tags in notes. If you do so, then a Web site created by RM can contain monospaced fonts in notes. Similarly, GEDCOM uploaded to WorldConnect at rootsweb can contain monospaced fonts by using the trick of the TT HTML tag. But the trick does not work for narrative reports produced by RM.

The request is not for an option that would cause an entire note to be printed in a monospaced font. It would be important for parts of a note to be produced in a normal font, and for other parts of the same note to be produced in a monospaced font.

I'm hoping for this as well.

I'd accept a new text attribute in the note text. (Bold, Itaic , Underlined, Monospaced)

I'm often trying to make tables in my source transcriptions as well.
