What is the cause of multiple duplications in Place details that needs regular cleaning.

This happens to a large percentage of the place details, but not to all of them. Some multiples are ones that have only ever been used once.

When adding a place detail, a check is done to see if it has already been used.

If you are using Tools>DataClean>PlaceClean it would create a duplicates with you move a place detail from a place name. Afterwards you need to clean the place list and merge the duplicates.
