When I first entered data for a family I did not have the info for the wife. The program has Unknown Spouse as the spouse name. How to do replace that with name of the spouse?

When I first entered data for a family I did not have the info for the wife. The program has Unknown Spouse as the spouse name. How to do replace that with name of the spouse?
Simply highlight the "unknown" word or delete the "unknown" word and type in the name.
