syncing RM with DropBox

I can no longer use my iOS remote RM App.  I go to Dropbox and it only shows 2 items: an old irrelevant  data base and an item to "unlink."  My main database is not shown.  However, when I use Finder in my Mac, my database file and media items are shown in Dropbox, in the App/Rootsmagic folder.  Further, Dropbox shows that I'm using 4.1 GB, when Finder only shows I have 1.51 GB in all my files on Dropbox.  I have the basic Dropbox plan that allows for 2.0 GB storage.  I've tried to contact Dropbox with no luck.  


I've tried to use iTunes to store/sync my data for the remote app, but that feature seems to have gone away.  I assume that Apple doesn't now allow sync apps via iTunes.


Any ideas?  Thx.

I'm wondering if you somehow have two different Dropbox accounts. Try logging out of Dropbox on the computer, device and online and see if you can use the same login in all three places.
