I was adding somebody based on his parents. Benedetto Poto was born 6 August 1881 on his birth record. They had a possible match,
based on an entry initiated by FamilySearch on 6 June 2012 with no source given. However, I was tempted to dismiss that one because it had the birth date as 19 December 1880 on the RootsMagic interface.
I went to the FamilySearch page on the FamilySearch website and found that the birthdate was actually rendered there as "Bet 19 December 1880/1881" which does not conflict. RootsMagic should show the entire date because this is a factor in a match or don't match situation.
