Tree Share for Ancestry stopped working

I have been using Rootsmagic since 2017 was launched. No significant problems

 

I use treeshare for ancestry almost every day.

 

However for the last couple of days it has stopped working.

 

Instead of the list of people with changes I get the option as if I were using it for the first time - i.e. 'Upload and Connect' and "Download and Connect".

 

I go into 'file options - ancestry' and it says it is connected and I only have the options to 'disconnect' or 'reset' which I do not want to do. Is this a glitch with ancestry? Anyone else have the same issue?

Check that you didn't open the wrong database. Go to File>Open>Search for a file to check where all the databases are on the computer. 

 

If you did disconnect the database from the tree then a File>Restore will restore the connection too.

Thank you. I was connected to the database, but when I restored yesterday's backup I am happily using treeshare again.
