can't log into publish on line

I published my tree a few weeks back, and now I foolishly can't find the log in details I used, I have tried asking for a password reset but it doesn't want to send me an email, anyone know if there is a way I can recover it?  or is it an issue I have to log with rootsmagic?

Open a support ticket and we can reset the password.
