Is there a report or some other way to get a list of the individuals and facts that do not have source citations?

This may help:

 

Reports > Lists > Individual Lists
Select from list > Select people by data fields
Any fact - Source - Does not exist

Reports > Lists > Fact List

Create a list of: > Facts without a source

People to include: > your choice as to how narrow you want to focus. Note that a named group will show in the list as a choice.
