Family Search .org, has a feature I just noticed. When FS displays the search result, in the upper right of the page is a button that says EXPORT RESULTS 1-20. The result is a file in .xls, looks like a database.

Question: How can this file be used to benefit? Any ideas?

On the FamilySearch website you can download the .xls file and open it in Excel or Google Sheets afterwards.

You could convert the downloaded Excel file into a GEDCOM, then load that into a new, blank RM database for further processing
