Media default file folder per individual - Links would be easier

 I would like to set a default file folder for each individual. I have a seperate folder for each individual, and if the media is not there I want to know.

RootsMagic links to each media item stored on the computer. You can put the media in any folder order you want. If you want to have a changeable default media folder location when selecting enter ".\" (without quotes) in the default folder location. It will then use the last folder opened in File Explorer.
