RM7 on mac yosemite working fine. Removed RM7 as instructed, updated to Sierra (NOT Hi Sierra) and downloaded and installed the latest RM7. When opened it then updated itself. I think 7.5 to 7.6 but I cannot find where to show the internal version no.

Now in citation manager, the research notes box is messed up with half of the info displayed or a mix of 2 different records shown together. dragging the display window wider or narrow fixes the display temporarily.

How do I find the RM7 version no. All I can find is the application folder 7.0.1 bottle version

Waiting on call from tech support and ticket submitted with screenshots.

Got TS call but person did not know mac or issues. Now waiting on call from Terri.

I got my reply from tech support:

known issue for macs with retina display (most macs)  using sierra and high sierra.

Cure:   Wait for mac version in rootsmagic 8.

Please hurry - I am age 74 and have been waiting years for a mac version.

Thanks Bob. version 7.5.6.0 and wrapper 7.0.1

This is very curious.

I'm running RM 7.5.6 on a MacBook (with Retina display), running under latest version of High Sierra, and nothing like that has happened to me (yet!).

But yes, roll on RM8!
