When I am in Rootsmagic and am searching in ancestry, if I try to print Rootsmagic freezes.  Can someone tell me why or what I must do?

Are you trying to print from the WebSearch screen? The embedded browser doesn't support pop-ups and that is what's probably trying to come up when you print. Check the box "Use external browser" to open it on the website and print from there.
