Hi, I have RootsMagic 22.214.171.124, Windows 10. After I import names, FamilyCentral will not close. I either need to go to Task Manager to stop running RM or disconnect from the internet to get it to close. How can I resolve this issue?

I just tested and its not doing that to me. After the import I am taken to the FamilySearch Central screen and from there I can click Close. Now I did do the import into a new blank database. Was yours a blank database before starting the import?

Hi, my database (db) has over 200,000 names. I tested the import with a blank db and I was able to close FamilyCentral (FC). I imported several families into this test db increasing the number of names, and I was able to still close FC. So then I went back to my major db and imported some names and with this db, I could not close FC. I've cleared phantom records and it let me close FC only once after importing, so I then tried compacting my db, that didn't help with this issue.
I notice the icons on the FC top ribbon are different in the test db I created for this where it only has 'Find Matches', 'Share Data', 'Import', 'AutoMatch'. Where as with my major db, 'Ordnances' and 'Temple Work' show. I removed the check box for LDS support under Tools, File options and removed check from Enable FS support under File Options, FS. Now I can repeatedly import and close FS each time. But I wonder what I am losing now with not having these enabled.

If you have an LDS Account the ordinances will import automatically.
