How do I prevent a person from being transferred to ancestry?  The name keeps coming up in differences between rootsmagic and ancestry.  I've tried clearing everyone from change list but they remain there?

Unless the person is match to someone they will remain in the Changed List. There isn't anyway to remove them. You could color-code the person in RM so you know to skip over them in the list
