I've been a hobby genealogist for probably 20 years. I always used RootsMagic, but I have to admit that some of my habits in the early years as far as entering data was kind of sloppy. I did not totally understand what I was doing when I entered source references, for example. I am now at a point that, to move forward, I think I need to spend some time going back through and checking for errors. Also, i need to ensure that the citations meet accepted standards for evidence.
I was wondering if any of you have ever had to do this. If so, do you have any recs on how I can make the work efficient and productive?
