Black Screen When Accessing Mapping

Yes, this issue has been fixed.

 

Check if your firewall, antivirus or internet filtering software are blocking RM access to the internet. Temporarily turn them off to check.

Turned them off, but no change. Still get a blank, black screen when accessing mapping. Note, the Save to Dropbox also does not work for me.

 

Windows 7.  Running RootsMagic Version 7.5.4.0

I wonder if anyone else with the issue of not being able to Save to Dropbox also have a black Mapping screen?
