When I am logged into Family Search to update Ordinance work, the name list on the far left lists individuals multiple times, some as many as 8 to 10 times. Why does it do that? The information on the ordinances is duplicated in each listing.

Thanks,

When you click on the name of a person look at the top next to their name for the record number. (Not the FamilySearch ID). See if you have different record numbers on each of those "duplicates".  If you do then you need to merge those duplicates in the RM database.

You can go to Tools>File Options>General and under "Number to display after name" select "Record Number (RIN)"

I don't think that's the problem. They only appear once on my database. Now that I added the RIN, both the Family Search ID and the RIN should up and the names are still there multiple times.

I would need a screen shot to tell. Can you open a support ticket? You can upload the database so we can look or send the screen shots.
