Cannot Log In To FamilySearch

On the FamilySearch Sign-In window I am entering the correct user name and password for my FamilySearch account. I have confirmed this twice by using the exact same login info at the FamilySearch website. I keep getting the following error "Invalid Login. Please make sure your login and password are correct". They are correct! Why am I not allowed to log in?

The Setting Reset did not work. I still can't sign in.

If the login works on the website but not inside RootsMagic after you "Reset Program Settings" with Ctrl+Shift+U. Then there are a few of things to look at.

 

1. Make sure you have update 7.5.2.0 installed (Help>About RootsMagic)

 

2. Temporarily turn off your antivirus and firewall to see if they are blocking RM access to the internet. 

 

3. Do you have any special characters in your login?  You can open a support ticket for us to test it.
