I am trying to load RootsMagic on my iPad. It downloaded but does not appear in my Apps list on my iPad. However, if I go to the Apps Store on my iPad and search for it there it appears to be downloaded and waiting for me to download my tree. 


I have tried connecting it to my PC and downloading my tree using iTunes, but it does not show up in the Apps list there either.


I cannot deleted it from my iPad (since is does not appear to have completely loaded and there is no icon).

Try restarting your iPad and see if it straightens it out.

Have you checked whether the app is showing on a second apps screen on the iPad? That's where new app downloads usually appear in my experience; and you then have to drag them back to your main screen to rearrange app display.

OK, have power-cycled my iPad, found the app on my iPad, deleted it and reinstalled it. It still does not show up in the Apps list on iTunes when connected to my PC.
