FamilySearch Freezing

Did the update, and it did not work.  Different problem.  Before it wouldn't recognize my sign on.  Now, it just sits and says 'loading' and never does load. At least this time it didn't lock up RM.  I was able to click the close button to return back to RM proper.  Again, no issues signing directly into family search.


FYI - this is now a different issue, so I opened a new topic.


Update - RM DID freeze up after I clicked the close button.  So still can't get to familysearch from RM.

If you cannot login more than likely you have something blocking RootsMagic's access to the internet. Try temporarily turning off your firewall and antivirus software to see what is conflicting.  Also check that you don't have more than one antivirus software running. If you've installed your own antivirus software you may still have Windows Defender running in the background. 

Now I see that you can login, but the issue with multiple antivirus software could be causing your issue.
