Since my original post I find myself working on an orphan database as I received a complete General Registry Office data set containing several thousand individual records on one of the names I research.

A lot of this information will duplicate with individuals already in my main database but compliment the quality of facts and in many cases also add new facts.

It will remain as a side database so I can make more efficient use of Duplicate Search Merge and tidy Places and Sources, once those tasks are completed it will be combined with the main database.
