Does anybody know of a way in RM to eliminate WebHints from our own trees on the subscription sites?  I may be missing something but I can't find a reference to this anywhere in the help and FAQ.

Your only option is to tell RootsMagic not to check those sites for WebHints:

Tools->File Options->WebHints->uncheck Enable WebHints

To suppress WebHints from your own MyHeritage trees, there is an option in the WebHints settings in which you enter yourvemail address that is registered for those trees.
