Well, the title of the thread says it all.

I have the necessary box ticked in the dialogue box before hitting 'Generate Report' but I do not get any pictures relating to marriage, residence, etc., just those allotted to the person.

What am I not doing?

This is driving me crackers!

On the Scrapbook report:

Checking  Person and Print photos attached to events print the photos attached to the Person [General] and to that person's Individial facts.
Tags for a Image [photo]:
John Doe-1  [Photo tagged to the Person]
John Doe-1 (Birth)  [Photo tagged to Birth, Individual fact]

Checking Family and Print photos attached to events prints photos attached to Family [Spouses on the Edit person screen] and Family facts.

Photos for Family prints for whichever couple is selected on the Family main screen.
Tags:
John Doe-1 and Jane Smith-2   [Photo tagged to Family]
John Doe-1 and Jane Smith-2  (Marriage)   [Photo tagged to Marriage, Family fact]

If you want a photo that is tagged to a Family or Family fact to print when Person is selected, tag it to Person [General] also.

If you want a photo that is tagged to Person or Individual fact to print when Family is selected, tag it to Family also.

I tag all photos relating to a person to Person [General] also.   Then select Person and uncheck Events on Scrapbook.

For a photo to print in a Scrapbook, the Include in a scrapbook box must be checked on the Tag this image screen.

Yes, Laura, I think we might have cracked this one; thank you!

I've now gone through a few people's media files and where a picture appears as an event (marriage, birth, etc.) or a residence, I've also tagged it to the person and - BINGO! - it appears in the scrapbook.

There's an awful lot of people still to wade through though.

Ho-hum!

Possibly the quickest way to do it is open a person's Edit person screen.

Open a Media Album for a fact.

Highlight a photo file.

Click on Add tag.  The default will be Person and the person selected will be the person you have the Edit person screen open for.

Click on OK.

Repeat for any other photo media file in that Media Album.

Go to the next fact.
