The app frequently goes blank and an error message states, " Unfortunately, RootsMagic7 has stopped working" I send in the message. It has been happening for weeks and still no fix has occurred. It is very annoying and inconvenient. Is there a fix for this problem?

What is the operating system on the device you are using?

So that wouldn't be the new Lollipop bug. In the desktop program go to File>Database Tools and run all options there in consecutive order. Then upload that cleaned file to the RM App. See if that improves things.

It didn't work, I did the DB tools, each one was either ok, cleaned or complete within a second or two. I saved the DB to Dropbox for App. then from App uploaded it to RM.
In less than 5 minutes here comes the ..."Unfortunately....."

Mine was working this morning, then kept STOPPING when I updated the database. Tried "cleaning" the data but no help. Put an older version into Dropbox to see if yesterday's changes were the problem. Samt STOPPED problem. Uninstalled and reinstalled APP several times, restarting the Samsung Tab 5 inbetween. Still STOPPED. Very annoying with the So Calif Gen Soc Jamboree stating in a few days.

We released version 1.4 a couple weeks ago. Look in the Google Play store for the update.
