In my file of Personal Historian I have a story about my travels over the years. At this point it is about 6 pages long with about 8 pictures in it. The problem starts when I try to add anything to the story by scrolling down to the next page. As soon as I start the scroll, the program shuts down and I cannot get into it at all. Upon reopening that story, the same thing happens each time. Is this a common error in the program or is one or more of the pictures not compatible with the software? What can I do about getting the story back?

It could be the size of your images causing the problem. Try to edit the pictures outside of PH to get them as small of a file size as possible and usable for your story. The next option would be to break the story up into sections and make other stories out of them. You will still have an issue with generating the book though if your images are to big.

I'll give it a try. Thanks.
