I have tried for several hours to locate the media icon so I can add a picture to a person. I am assuming I can add a photo and connect it to a person. Perhaps I am wrong?

The media "column" (beneath that camera icon) is clickable to bring up the Media Gallery to either add an existing media item from the gallery OR add a new media item. The same is true for lower in that same column, where there is another camera icon for Facts (Events)
