How can I save a list of all names in my database? I want to compare names in one database to another database. Thanks.

You can create a report.
List - individual list,
Uncheck all the boxes and the report will list the people alphabetically by surname -given name.
If you have chosen to show the record numbers in your database, they will show up following the name.
You can select which people to list just as with most reports.
Save the report to a text file and you can browse it along side the RM database.

If you don't want to print out a list you could open both databases inside RootsMagic side by side. Then switch to the People View. This will allow you to compare the names at the same time. If you need to add info you can use the Timeline view to edit in one database and see everything in the other database at the same time.

I only have one line left to look at, but that might be a great way to finish that line up. I'll see which I like better. But it's nice to know this for the future as well!
