Can't create user name and password

A person in my RM users class can't get into FamilySearch because he didn't have correct password, so used 2 other variations of his name - i.e. with middle initial and without, and Dave rather than David. Now when he tries to fix it - it won't let him. So this prevents him from using the FamilySearch feature in RM6.

What should he do?

Have him call FamilySearch Support at 866-406-1830 to get this straightened out. Once he has a good login that will work on their website he can then use it inside RootsMagic.
