Cannot log into my.RootsMagic.com

I was trying to upload a new set of files to use for a demo in my users group when I found that my browser did not remember my username or password. I tried a few combinations, but RMG will tell me that it's an "invalid username or password" without identifying which one (or both) is invalid.

Since I don't know my username, telling RMG that I forgot my password was an exercise in futility. It wanted my username before it would reset my password. Giving it my email ID was of no help, as that was not my username. When I attempted to create a new username/password, it recognized my email ID as already being registered (but of course won't tell me my username). How do I fix this?

There's a support number? Who knew? :-)

I found online support and sent a message. With some luck, they'll answer before Saturday. If I find no answer by about 4PM MDT, I'll call.
