When I use familysearch central to sync ordinances I am having many rootsmagic people have "not in file". I am able to reserve the ordinances but they do not appear in the reservations list. I have had to go into FamilySearch.org to print out the requests. Any ideas?

Not sure if its related but I also get an error with the compact database tool.

If you run Compact Database right after closing the FamilySearch Central screen you will get an error. It's a bug we are working on. You have to close RM and then run that tool if you were using FamilySearch.

I suspect the FS ID have changed on these people since you originally matched them or reserved the ordinances. You will need to unlink your RootsMagic person to the Family Tree person and then link them again.

The compact database worked when used just after starting RM, thanks for that.

I tried to unmatch and then re-link but still have "Not In File" in the RM person

We will probably need to look at your file then to see what is happening. Open a support ticket and include a File>Backup (.rmgb) of your database. Tell us which person(s) to look at.

We will need to login if you are working with ordinances.
