The audio on the downloaded webinar seems to delayed by about 2 seconds.

Seems to be inconsistent. You didn't state which webinar you heard the audio delayed relative to video. The latest one #46 (ironically about Timeline), is the other way around with audio way ahead of video. #44 on WebTags seems to be in sync. I wonder if it changes through the length of the video,
