These include Test Database Integrity, Rebuild Indexes, Compact Database, etc

How often should each of these be run and is there an order to ensure there are no error messages?

Thanks

I would argue that Integrity should be checked on opening, ideally automatically according to user preference, given that it may be slow on some large databases or slower computers. No need to Rebuild Indexes unless Integrity fails. Compact may be of some benefit after having done a lot of deletions, either directly or through merging. Disk or file defragment would also be advisable after compacting.

I run the database tools about once a week if I am doing lots of data entry. It isn't really necessary, but the tools are there, and it is pretty quick for my database. I run them before I close the program then update my other backups, jump drive, etc.

I run them in the order they are listed on the screen in RM 6.0.0.4.
