I'm running Roots Magic 6 and cannot create a back up file - Programme states 'RootsMagic was unable to create the backup file'

Has anyone any ideas?

At what step are you receiving this message?  If it's after you specify a filename, make sure that you're not trying to put it under the Program Files folder.
