Some programs provide tables containing information like Occupation etc to aid management, well Rootsmagic really has the ultimate table in People View which is really useful for cleaning data.

In this example of Occupation create a Named Group with the find Occupation > Value > Is Not Blank and save it as something like "Occupation is Not Blank"

Tailor your People View to include the Occupation description field and click on the button beside Customize This View which by default says Show Everyone.

You will now have a list of everyone with a noted occupation which you can sort and reconcile to suit reports, spelling, format etc.

This, of course, can be applied with any Individual Fact and is a very useful option.

I know this raises the subject of Dynamic Groups and Stored Finds again but maybe RM will at least move towards some kind of Refresh option on Named groups where they can be kept current as they were originally created.

Keeping ones customers and their important views at a distance is never a good approach
